There are 4 modes to relieve neck stiffness. Short press the M key on the remote control to adjust the mode 1-4. There are 15 levels of EMS intensity, and you can adjust the "+" and "-" keys on the remote control. You can freely adjust the mode or intensity according to your preference. It also comes with graphene heating function (you can turn off the heat).

We recommend you to start with the minimum intensity before getting used to it.
