Warranty Policy & Product Registration
Your Renpho product purchase is covered by a manufacturer's limited warranty from the date of delivery.
Product registration is not required for the warranty. If you choose not to register your product, it will not diminish the product warranty. Register now for other benefits like faster customer service and exclusive offers!

Return and Refund
We don't offer returns and refund. Instead, we offer repairs and exchange if the products you received is broken, faulty or if the incorrect items was shipped.
Repairs and Exchange
7-Day Free Exchange
We offer free exchange within 7 days of receiving the products if the product you received is broken, faulty, or if the incorrect item was shipped.
Repairs and Exchange after the first 7 days of receiving the products
For circumstances outside of defects and/or damage, we shall not accept any request for exchange of products or cancellation of orders.
If we have agreed you are entitled to the repair or an exchange:
- - Original sales receipt or relevant electronic receipt must be provided before product exchange is accepted.
- - RENPHO has the right to refuse to exchange a product on the grounds of damage to its appearance or missing accessories.
- - Packing, accessories, user guide and blank warranty card should be packed together with the product for exchange.
- - The product to be repaired or exchange should not be damaged, scratched, defaced or contain any trace of water damage from personal use.
- - No warranty or repair is provided for products that are provided as complimentary gifts.
Procedures of Repairs and Exchange
For the AI Smart Bike, Shiatsu Neck & Back Seat Massage Chair, Shiatsu Foot Massager, Shiatsu Foot and Calf Massager & Spa Foot Massager
To place a repair order or an exchange, reach out to Renpho at support-hk@renpho.com with the following information:
- - The order number
- - The reason for the repairs and exchange
- - A detailed description of the product defect
- - Attach photos and videos
We will reply to you within 1-2 working days.
If the request for the repairs or exchange does not comply with the terms above, Renpho will not authorize the repairs or exchange. If you do not contact us first and you send the product without Renpho’s express authorization, we will not be responsible for the loss of goods, and we will not authorize the the repairs or exchange.
After detailed inspection by the product specialist, if no problems are found, the returned product will be sent to the delivery address of your original order at your own cost. If you need to change it, please select the new delivery method and address when submitting the replacement application.
If some of the products in your order have already applied for the repairs or exchange, you are not able to apply for the repairs or exchange for the rest of the products in the order, unless the original repairs or exchange process has complete.

Our product specialist will do a detailed inspection of your product and assist on repairs or exchange. However, Repairs and Exchange may not take place immediately depends on the status of defect and stock avaliability.
